Mueller Center - Auditorium Rules

Failure to comply to these rules will result in the automatic loss of your deposit check.*

  1. Only black electrical tape is allowed when taping to floor.
  2. All equipment must be lifted or carried when moved. NO Dragging.
  3. No painting, spray glues etc. inside Auditorium.
    Any painting must be done outside garage door.
    Paint cans etc. must be set on cloth or paper and not set directly on the floor.
  4. All decorating must be torn down and thrown away.
    This includes any wires run from the walls and ceiling.
  5. All trash must be put in appropriate containers.
  6. No excessive black marks.
    Please wear non-marking shoes.
  7. No writing or marking pens can be used on floor.
  8. Spills must be cleaned immediately. Ask MCC staff for assistance.
  9. All exits, doors and fire extinguishers must be kept clear.
  10. Running and horseplay are strictly forbidden.
  11. All building (carpentry) must be done outside.

This will be a checklist for the condition of the Auditorium prior to usage and after each event.

*A separate deposit check equal to the cost of the room is required at the time the reservation is made to insure the reservation. Deposit checks are returned via mail providing the facility is left in the condition found.
