Class II - Non Profit groups Charging Admissions or collecting fees. Individuals or Groups Not Charging Admission. Examples: Weddings, Auctions, Reunions, Benefits (weddings require a 2-day minimum rental fee.)

Class III - Individuals or Groups Charging Admissions. Examples: Dances, Plays

A separate deposit check equal to the cost of the room is required at the time the reservation is made to insure the reservation. Deposit checks are returned via mail providing the facility is left in the condition found. Discounts may be considered for multiple room or day use.
